Photo requirements
1) Size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm
2) Photo should be in colour, sharp and with appropriate contrast
3) Printed on high quality paper with light background.
4) Not older than 6 months
5) Facing the camera, showing clearly the eyes and both sides of the face from the top of the head to the upper part of the shoulders. The face should occupy 70-80% of the photograph area.
6) No headgear, unless if you are wearing of religious nature and the photographed person should look ahead with his/her lips closed.
7) Hair must not cover the face.

In case of person wearing glasses

1) No dark lenses
2) The frame must not cover any part of the eye
3) There should be no light reflexes.

Submission Timings: 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs.

Collection Timings:   

1000 hrs to 1200 hrs ( 7-10 working days)

Fees :

Rs. 4029/- single/ double/Multiple entries. The above fee is to be paid by Demand Draft favoring "The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland, Mumbai ". Drafts should be made payable at Mumbai .

Special Notes

1. For Minors travelling without either of the parents, NOC on Rs.100/- stamp paper duly notarised by the home department & with parents signature is a must.
2. Pax CANNOT go directly for the interview unless the consulate wants them to come personally, which will be decided after the application is made. That means that even Blank passport can be applied in drop box. The decision taken by the consulate after that will be final.
