Tourist Visa : ( To get visa on arrival, read the below mentioned points)

Tourist visa for a stay of 30days can be obtained on Arrival as per the below mentioned criteria.

• Passport validity for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia
• Return/ Onward confirmed return tickets
• Visa fees for 7 days stay visa is USD 10 and for 30days stay visa is USD 25
  

For rest all other categories, visa has to be obtained from here. Requirments are as follows.

Tourist Visa : (For more than 30days stay)

• 2 Forms (to be printed front & back on A4 size paper only). FORMS TO BE SIGNED IN BLUE INK ONLY
• 2 Photos
• Return confirmed Air tickets
• Forex or International Credit card
• Covering letter mentioning the date and port of entry in Indonesia and the date and port of departure from there, also mention the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and of the passenger & pax address and telephone number with STD codes
• hotel confirmation voucher. (On case to case basis)
• Authority letter from the pax on his letterhead to Authorise Jagdish/Pankaj from Crest Concord to submit and collect the passport on their behalf. The letter should be addressed to the Consulate General of Indonesia in Mumbai.

Business Visa:

• 2 Forms (to be printed front & back on A4 size paper only) FORMS TO BE SIGNED IN BLUE INK ONLY
• 2 Photos
• Return confirmed Air tickets
• Forex or International Credit card
• Covering letter mentioning the date and port of entry in Indonesia and the date and port of departure from there, also mention the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and of the passenger & pax address and telephone number with STD codes
• Authority letter from the pax on his letterhead to Authorise Jagdish/Pankaj from Crest Concord to submit and collect the passport on their behalf. The letter should be addressed to the Consulate General of Indonesia in Mumbai.
• INVITATION FAX FROM THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT- Directly at the consulate and a copy to be submitted along with the case.

Social Visit Visa :

• 2 Forms (to be printed front & back on A4 size paper only)
• 2 Photos
• Covering letter mentioning the date and port of entry in Indonesia and the date and port of departure from there, also mention the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and of the passenger & pax address and telephone number with STD codes
• Invitation letter from sponsorer in Jakarta along with the KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) card or KIM's
• For Foreign Nationals Clearance letter from the Department of Immigration, Indonesia,to be faxed at the consulate directly and 1 copy to be hand carried at the time of submission.
• Return confirmed Air tickets
• Authority letter from the pax on his letterhead to Authorise Jagdish/Pankaj from Crest Concord to submit and collect the passport on their behalf. The letter should be addressed to the Consulate General of Indonesia in Mumbai.

Submission Timings: 1000 hrs to 1230 hrs.

Collection Timings:   

1400 hrs to 1530 hrs (3 working days)

Fees :

Fees : Rs. 1600/- for Tourist & Rs. 2000/- for Business.

Special Notes:

1. In case of any visit, please specify the exact travelling dates & places to vist in Indonesia. Also mention the detailed address and telephone number in India, of the pax with STD codes on the covering letter. White Ink strictly not allowed on the visa form and covering letter.
