• Yellow Fever Vaccination
• Birth Certificate of the child traveling with parent(s)

Business Visa:

• Correspondence with the company in Ghana or any other document in support.
• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and that of the pax who is traveling.
• Two references from Ghana required with their complete name and address
• Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate
• Latest bank statement
• Salary Certificate

Submission Timings: 1030 hrs to 1300 hrs.

Collection Timings:   

1400 hrs to 1500 hrs (Third day)

Rs. 2700/- (Single Entry) & Rs. 5400/- (Multiple Entry)

Special Notes:

1. Plus INVITATION FAX directly to the consulate and 1 to be submitted along with the case with an undertaking that the host will ensure that the visitor complies fully with the immigration laws of Ghana.
