Tourist Visa :

• 1 Visa form + 1 personal information form + 1 consent form per applicant
• 3 photos (white background 2x2 in size)
• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory
• Proof of funds like copy of last 3 years Income tax returns, bank statement for last 6 months, copy of bank FDR's etc
• In case of family visit, invitation letter from Canada is required and the proof of immigration status of the inviter and their financial documents

Business Visa:

• 1 Visa form + 1 personal information form + 1 consent form per applicant
• 3 photos (white background 2x2 in size)
• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory
• Proof of funds like copy of last 3 years Income tax returns, bank statement for last 6 months, copy of bank FDR's etc
• Invitation fax directly from Canada to the applicant to be submitted along with the case.
• Proof of business activities between the Canadian company and the applicant in the form of business correspondence, contract between 2 companies, copy of bills and invoices for any past business records.

Submission Timings: 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs.

Collection Timings:   

1700 hrs to 1800 hrs. ( Minimum 4 working days)

Fees :

Single Entry - Rs. 3050/-  Multiple Entry - Rs. 6100/- Rs.16250/- in case of family visit (combined draft)

Demand Draft in the name of "Canadian High Commission" payable at New Delhi. Plus service charge of Rs. 700/- per applicant has to be paid in cash to VFS.
