Morning breakfast. Then board your coach and drive to Los Angeles. Arrive Los Angeles in time for lunch. Afternoon enjoy a guided city tour. See the Chinese Theatre and the Kodak Theatre. Free time here. Then drive to Beverly Hills… down the famous Rodeo drive. Thereafter dinner at Indian restaurant and check into hotel.

DAY 04 - AT LOS ANGELES (BF, ID)

Today we join the Hollywood stars at the famous Universal Studios. Relax in the comfort of a tram car as it takes you behind the scenes to show you how Hollywood makes movies. Enter Jurassic Park, where you will journey deep into the Jurassic jungle aboard a runaway raft. Come face-to-face with towering dinosaurs on this spectacular water ride. Confront “King Kong” in all his fury on an awesome ride. Journey through time on the ‘Back to the Future’ ride and ride into the sky with ET at Universal Studios. You’ll be on the edge of your seat and screaming for more on the fabulous ‘Earthquake’ ride.

Feel the fury of 10,000 degrees of excitement as the blockbuster movie ‘Back draft’ roars to life. Join Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona in Shrek 4D, an all new adventure which picks up where the Oscar winning movie “Shrek” left off and puts you inside the action! Enjoy the newest rides “Revenge of the Mummy” inspired by the acclaimed Hollywood blockbuster movie “The Mummy”. Take a terrifying journey through a real ancient Egyptian tomb and be dazzled by this most exciting ride ever created for a theme park. Evening proceed for dinner at Indian restaurant. Later return to hotel.

A detailed brief and map of the Universal Studio’s will be provided to enable you enjoy the maximum time efficiently at the studios.

Morning visit the famous Paul Getty’s museum which attracts over a million visitor every year… created by the world famous architect Richard Meier, its gardens were designed by contemporary artist Robert Irwin. The architecture is a recreation of an ancient Roman country house and the villa offers a test of life in the first century AD. The gardens have fountains, arbors, reflecting ponds featuring designs inspired by Roman models and planted with species know from the ancient Mediterranean. The Museum hosts some of the finest private collections of western art from the middle ages to the present… all pieced together at the instance of the late Mr.Paul Getty the American oil tycoon.. once the richest man in the world.

Later we say good bye to Southern California and drive northward through California’s Central Valley, some of the richest agricultural land in the world. Tonight we stay in the college town of Fresno in the Yosemite Valley. Check into hotel. Enjoy your stay away from it all in a typical forest lodge. No Skyscrapers in the wilderness. A most refreshing change. Indian dinner.

Today a very special treat awaits us. Departing our hotel early, journey eastward up into the magnificent Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Our destination is one of the most spectacular National Parks in all of the USA …. Yosemite. Yosemite National Park, one of the first wilderness parks in the United States, is best known for its waterfalls, but within its nearly 1,200 square miles, you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and much more.

The falls is fed entirely by melting of snow and in May, June the falls and the park present a fascinating spectrum for your eyes.

The Yosemite Valley is a very special place in springtime, when melting snow creates thunderous waterfalls, dropping hundreds of meters over towering faces of sheer granite cliffs.

A stop at the tunnel with a panoramic view of the Yosemite Valley ending at Yosemite Lodge. Some free time. You can take a Yosemite Tram tour, walk to Yosemite Falls or take the free shuttle to the Visitor Center or other places for vantage views.

Snow in the park is guaranteed during April – Mid Jun with snow covered peaks welcoming you to the park. Awaken your spirit in the awe inspiring Yosemite National Park.

Group members will have ample time to enjoy the scenery before the group continues on to the “City-by-the-Bay” – San Francisco. Dinner will be included at a local Indian Restaurant.

Morning breakfast. Then proceed on a deluxe guided city tour, visit the Civic Center, the Opera House and Old mission Dolores, where San Francisco was founded. We stop atop Twin Peaks for a panoramic view and at Golden Gate Park for a visit to the Japanese Tea Garden. We drive across the famous Golden Gate bridge, the world’s longest single span suspended bridge and a symbol of San Francisco.

Afternoon spend an hour’s narrated cruise at San Francisco Bay… your visit to San Francisco is not complete without cruising the San Francisco Bay, the largest inlet on the Californian Coast. Enjoy the great sights, as our cruise takes us under the Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz and past the city skyline. Indian dinner and check into hotel.
Included is the famous and “must do” tram ride.

Morning breakfast. Check out of hotel, some free time. Afternoon proceed to airport for your flight back home.
